Our YOGA CLASS is divided into 2 types: Yoga Flow and Hot Flow.
Yoga Flow is a yoga practice that focuses more on the benefits of exercising than meditation. It emphasizes the smooth flow from one posture to another by connecting movement with breath. This class is suitable for beginners to intermediate levels.
Hot Flow is a type of yoga practiced in a room with a temperature of approximately 37 degrees Celsius, in order to increase the body's pressure and generate physical and mental strength, as one has to endure and fight against the hot air throughout the practice. This type of yoga is suitable for those who are already at a certain level of strength and endurance.
